David not only wanted to be "a" man after God's own heart, but he became "the" man after God's own heart!

In Psalms Chapter 1 we read, "Blessed is the man who delights himself in the law of the Lord. He shall be like a tree planted by rivers of living waters, and his leaves shall not wither, but all he does shall prosper."

David became such a man by staying in love with, not only the presence of God, but the word of God.

If you noticed, David not only thought on God during the day, but also in the night watch. It was in the early mornings, during the day, and at night, that David thought about God.

David placed God first above all things. I'm here to tell you that if you will place God first in all you do and feed from His word, you will prosper.

God said it, and I believe it!
