Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Onions
Mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter ( stick, unsalted )
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Dash of salt
Cut brussel sprouts in half, same with mushrooms, use the flowers of the broccoli and cauliflower, chop carrots and onions.
Have a hot large skillet ( non stick ) with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir around and get olive oil all over veggies. Cook on stove for 10 minutes on med. high heat.
Take a large cookie sheet or pizza pan, pour veggies onto pan, pour all oil onto pan to spread out. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. When you see they are turning brown take out.
This is a very healthy dish. I always buy plenty and put some in zip-lock freezer bags (raw) and freeze for later. I hope you enjoy..
